Innovate Academy is operated by Innovate Benacs Ventures, located in Tema, Ghana. We provide practical, project-based education in AI, software development, and digital solutions through live online programs.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an application, or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or enroll in a program. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and they may need to agree to these terms on your behalf.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when applying or registering. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts using automated means.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

Program descriptions, schedules, prices, and availability are listed on our website and are subject to change. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled students as early as possible.

Live sessions require a reliable internet connection and a suitable laptop. Recordings are made available inside the student portal for enrolled learners, but access may be limited by cohort, licensing, or platform policies.

Program fees are stated on the program page and must be paid according to the published schedule. For the Full-Stack program, fees are split 50% before commencement and 50% before Week 5 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund policy: a partial refund may be available within the first 7 days of a program start date, subject to the conditions published at enrollment. After the 7-day window, fees are generally not refundable. Full-payment discounts, group discounts, and other offers may have separate terms.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, contact us at hello@innovateaca.com.

All content on our website and in our programs — including curriculum, videos, materials, code, designs, trademarks, and branding — is owned by Innovate Academy or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use course materials for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, record, or publicly share course content without our written permission.

Projects and code you create during a program remain yours, but you grant us permission to showcase anonymized or attributed examples for marketing, educational, and portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing.

When using our platform and participating in programs, you agree not to:

• Use the site or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against staff, mentors, or other learners.
• Share account access, credentials, or proprietary materials with non-enrolled individuals.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of our platform.

Violations may result in removal from a cohort, account suspension, revocation of certificates, or legal action.

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or behave in a way that disrupts our community or platform.

Upon termination, your right to access course materials and the student portal may end, and any outstanding fees may remain due. Sections of these terms that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Our programs are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary levels, or business results. Your results depend on your effort, background, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

We provide our services "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Innovate Academy and Innovate Benacs Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in the courts of Ghana, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication and negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by sending a written notice to the other party's contact address.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in the courts of Ghana.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our programs, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
